Using Fertilizer

If the active player has fertilizer tokens they have access to some special actions. They can use fertilizer during their active turn. They can use fertilizer up to two times per turn.

Fertilizer cost	Effect
1	Remove 2 asset tokens from the assets board and draw 2 new. Put the 2 removed tokens back in the bag
2	Re-roll one or two dice
3	+1/-1 on one die (min: 1 - max: 5) (only for that player)
4	Place one die on any side you want (min: 1 - max: 5)
5	+1/-1 on two dice (min: 1 - max: 5) (only for that player)
